Review the stair assembly
We examine the treads, risers, stringers, railings, posts, trim, and nearby finishes to define the work needed.
We reshape worn or dated stairs around your home's layout and daily use. Our work covers treads, risers, railings, trim, and finish carpentry.
A refreshed stair finish can connect the stairway with nearby flooring, trim, and cabinetry.
New treads and risers can give worn walking surfaces a cleaner, more consistent appearance.
Updated railings and trim can make the stair area feel more complete without changing the whole home.

Stair remodeling can refresh the visible finish or address several connected parts of the stairway. We work with treads, risers, handrails, guards, newel posts, stringers, trim, and finish carpentry as the planned scope requires. The right approach depends on the stair layout, current materials, wear, and the look you want. A surface update may suit sound stairs, while movement or damaged parts call for closer review before new finishes are selected. Our team prepares a written scope, estimate, and project plan before work begins. We also coordinate design, permitting, inspections, and skilled trade work through a managed remodeling process when those steps apply.

Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Leaving a long overdue review. Linda helped us remodel our bathroom and kitchen last year. We also did some flooring improvements, and some electrical and plumbing work along the way. The pricing was very reasonable, and we appreciated that Linda was always conscious of our budget, when we made adjustments to our plan. The work was delivered very quickly on promised timelines. She had some really good suggestions around the choice of flooring, which we are thankful for (especially looking back after a year). Also appreciate her sense of style.. it helped us make the right choices for countertops, tiles and fixtures. It all looks great, our guests often comment on how beautiful our kitchen looks. Thank you!
Are worn treads, loose rails, or dated stair finishes affecting your home? Request your stair remodeling estimate from our team in Issaquah.
Worn treads can make a busy stairway look tired and feel less consistent with the rest of the home. The key decision is whether the existing stair parts can support a finish update or need replacement. We review the tread edges, risers, railings, and nearby flooring, then prepare a written scope for the work you want.
A handrail that moves during daily use deserves a close look before cosmetic changes begin. The mounting points, posts, rail shape, and surrounding trim all affect the repair plan. We assess those parts, explain the needed stair work, and include the agreed items in a written estimate and project plan.
An older-looking stairway may clash with new flooring, cabinetry, or painted trim. Material choice matters because treads, risers, rails, and newel posts remain visible from several rooms. We compare finish directions with the surrounding space and coordinate the selected carpentry work through the remodeling plan.
